Terms of service

How to order

Before placing your order, please read our ordering, payment and return instructions.

Online ordering is available 24h a day. Customers can make the purchase either as a registered user or as a guest. On registration we only ask for information required for fulfilling the order and delivering the goods. When processing personal information we maintain confidentiality. Personal information is disclosed to third parties only if it is necessary for delivering the goods or in cases prescribed by law. If an error occurs while placing the order or if you need additional information, please ask a question or place the order by e-mail. Contact us at info@mesmorelle.com. Remember to check Frequently Asked Questions - you may well find a solution to your problem there already.

Please choose your size carefully and use the size charts of our e-shop to find the correct size. You are always welcome to turn to us for help and contact us by e-mail.

To place an order, please select the product, specify the size and colour and add the product to the cart. Adding an item to the cart does not require you to buy it. Please follow the instructions on screen. To finalise your order, select the method of delivery and payment. Confirm your order.
When your order is processed an order confirmation – an invoice – is e-mailed to you. In the order confirmation the ordered products are listed, and your contact information as well as the delivery address are specified. Depending on your chosen payment method you can pay the invoice within 3 days or use the bank link of our e-shop.


After you have placed the order the system automatically issues an order confirmation. Order confirmation does not mean that the order has been shipped; it just means that the order has been received and is waiting for confirmation of payment. If you have not received an invoice within 1 hour after placing the order, please contact us at info@mesmorelle.com. Please check whether you have supplied your correct e-mail address, or whether your e-mail inbox is full or our e-mail has been caught in the spam filter.

When you pay the invoice please do not forget to specify the REFERENCE NUMBER - or invoice number. If the invoice is paid by a person other than the one who placed the order, please also specify the name of the one who placed the order. To cancel an incorrectly entered order, please immediately contact us by e-mail.

The order is accepted and fulfilled after the sum of the invoice is received on our bank account.

Delivery of order

Products in stock can be delivered within max 5 working days. Pre-ordered products are delivered within 2 weeks. The time of delivery and postage depend on the delivery method you have chosen when placing the order.

Registered users can track the order status in their user account. As soon as order status changes (between: pending, confirmed, cancelled, returned and shipped), the customer is notified by e-mail.

The number of pre-ordered items in our product range is constantly reduced, just to offer you more products at shorter delivery time.

Return of goods

If the ordered item does not fit you or match your expectations, you are entitled to return the goods within 14 days after receiving them. Please notify us immediately when you receive the order. If you want to exchange the product for another product or size, immediate notification enables us to quickly reserve a size or a product suitable for you. If the product is exchanged, you do not have to pay extra postage.

However, if you return goods for refund or exchange, they must be non-used, in original package with labels.
When trying on the item please avoid its contact with cosmetic or perfume. When returning the goods, please package it with care. If the package or product is damaged, it will not be eligible for return. If the customer wants refund for the returned product, we refund the sum paid for the goods to the same bank account within max 30 days. The sum is transferred to the bank account after we have received the returned item. Postage for returning the goods is paid by the buyer. Goods can be returned only by mail and the delivery price for the order shall not be returned.

Please note that swimwear, briefs, thongs and stockings cannot be returned in case the package has been opened and the items have been tried on.

We are sorry we cannot return or exchange items bought during discount sales.

The colours shown on screen may not fully match the actual colours. The pictures are given for illustration only and your screen settings are beyond our control.

If a defect is discovered within six months after buying the product we assume the defect may have existed at the time of purchase and we offer mending or replacing the product or refunding the money. The above is not applicable if the deficiency or defect of the product was caused due to incorrect use or opening of the product or the package.

All the terms of return of goods are in accordance with applicable laws. The prices of all the products sold in our shop are inclusive of VAT.

Seller's rights

We are entitled to unilaterally change the prices. We are entitled to withdraw from the order in case we have run out of stock of the ordered item. In the latter case we refund the money or offer you an equivalent product in return.
